4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in these circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Partners

We share your business and financial information with Service Providers (lenders, payment processors, insurance partners) when you initiate an application for their products. By submitting an application, you authorize this sharing.

4.2 Technology Vendors

We use the following vendors who process data on our behalf:

  • Clerk — Authentication and identity management
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure and document storage
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery

4.3 Franchise and Partner Tenants

If you access the Platform through a franchise or association partner (e.g., PackageHub, EagleTrace), your enrollment status and basic account information may be shared with that partner as part of their member management program.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. After account closure, we retain data for up to 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data subject to these retention requirements.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality. We use:
